About Us

Founded by David Collins, Ubi answered the call of the local business community for telecommunications technology that’s combined with an outstanding level of service and support.

Since then, the world of telecoms has moved on, but we’ve continued to listen to customers so that we can provide innovative technologies with the highest level of service and support.

Today Ubi supplies, installs and supports organisations of all shapes and sizes with phone systems (including cloud phone systems), mobiles, telephone lines, fibre, guest Wi-Fi, and management software. Our technology is reliable, affordable and agile.

A large part of communication is about listening, and that’s exactly what our team does in providing an unparalleled level of customer service – it’s why we believe in contract-flexibility with our customers and do not bind them to lengthy agreements.
