From offices of just three users, to organisations of more than 700 extensions, Ubi installs, supplies and supports business phone systems that are highly flexible.

Our adaptive infrastructure utilises the technology of our partner Ericsson-LG, one of the World’s leading telecommunication companies. We chose Ericsson-LG as a result of listening to our clients and understanding what they need from end-to-end (installation to ongoing support) telephone systems.

Ubi phone systems can connect multiple offices together, whether located around the West Country or the World. Systems can be linked with many databases, including Outlook and over 200 other software apps, to aid caller identification, system tracking, quality control and to provide a seamless customer or caller experience.

Our phone systems support office, home and mobile working by utilising a variety of devices – desk phones, laptops, mobiles and tablets. No matter how far and wide your users, devices can be linked and communicate as one integral phone system.

It’s important that our clients are able to manage the phone systems they deploy with ease, which is why we provide client training in how to do so. Our client service team always provides management support of phone systems as standard, but naturally clients can also choose to take full control of their system if they prefer - it’s really their choice.
